This Privacy Policy for personal information (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that LLC "Bellissimo Pizza International" (hereinafter — LLC "Bellissimo Pizza International") and/or its affiliates, including all participants of the franchise network under the brand "Bellissimo Pizza" (hereinafter — "Bellissimo Pizza"), may obtain about the User (any individual who has provided "Bellissimo Pizza" with their personal data by registering on bellissimo.uz, via the Telegram bot @bellissimo_bot, or in the Bellissimo Pizza mobile application) while using any of the websites, services, tools and programmes of "Bellissimo Pizza" (hereinafter — Services). The User's consent to the provision of personal information, given in accordance with this Policy within the framework of relations with one of the entities within "Bellissimo Pizza", extends to all entities within "Bellissimo Pizza".

Use of the Services constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information as set out herein; if the User does not agree to these conditions, they must refrain from using the Services.

1. Personal Information of Users Received and Processed by "Bellissimo Pizza"

1.1. Under this Policy, "personal information of the User" means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User independently provides about themselves during registration (account creation) or in the course of using the Services, including the User's personal data. Information required for the provision of Services is marked accordingly. Other information is provided by the User at their own discretion.

Mobile phone number;
Full name;
GEO-location of the delivery address;
Delivery address;
Date of birth.

1.1.2. Data automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use by software installed on the User's device, including:

IP address;
Device ID;
Cookie information;
Information about the User's browser (or other programme used to access the Services);
Access time;
URL of the requested page.

1.2. This Policy applies only to the Services of "Bellissimo Pizza". "Bellissimo Pizza" does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that mention the Bellissimo Pizza brand.

1.3. "Bellissimo Pizza" assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information when registering in the mobile application for Bellissimo Pizza to fulfil its obligations to the User. Delivery obligations are set out in the Public Offer (hereinafter — the Offer) available at bellissimo.uz. The consequences of providing inaccurate information are defined in the Offer available at bellissimo.uz.

2. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Users' Personal Information

2.1. "Bellissimo Pizza" collects and stores only the personal data necessary for providing Services and rendering services (fulfilment of the offer and/or other agreements with the User).

2.2. "Bellissimo Pizza" may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:

Identifying a party under the offer and agreements with "Bellissimo Pizza";
Providing the User with personalised Services;
Communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information relating to the use of Services and the rendering of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
Improving the quality of Services and their convenience, and developing new Services and offerings;
Advertising its products and services;
Conducting statistical and other research on the basis of the data provided.

3. Conditions for Processing Users' Personal Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties

3.1. "Bellissimo Pizza" stores Users' personal information, ensuring its confidentiality and protection against unlawful or accidental access by third parties.

3.2. "Bellissimo Pizza" may transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

The transfer is necessary for the User's use of a specific Service or for rendering a service to the User;
Such transfer occurs in connection with the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), in which case the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with this Policy in respect of the received personal information;
For the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of "Bellissimo Pizza" or third parties in cases where the User violates the "Bellissimo Pizza" offer.

3.4. When processing Users' personal data, "Bellissimo Pizza" is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated 02.07.2019, No. ZRU-547.

4. Measures Applied to Protect Users' Personal Information

"Bellissimo Pizza" takes all necessary and sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

"Bellissimo Pizza" reserves the right to amend this Policy. When amendments are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The User is obliged to independently monitor changes to this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise stipulated in the new version. The current version is always available at bellissimo.uz.
